As a Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React), you’ll play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance applications that power mission-critical workflows. This isn’t a “just push tickets” kind of job—we need engineers who can think in first principles, own their work, and solve complex technical problems at scale.
What You’ll Do
Develop & Scale Our Core Infrastructure – Work on high-traffic Laravel applications, optimizing backend performance, database queries, and API response times.
Build & Maintain Frontend Interfaces – Create pixel-perfect React UIs that seamlessly integrate with our backend, focusing on SSR & CSR principles.
Optimize & Manage Queues – Architect efficient job queues for asynchronous processing, ensuring smooth and scalable workflows.
Work with PostgreSQL – Design and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
Ensure System Reliability & Performance – Write scalable, maintainable, and testable code that keeps our infrastructure rock-solid under heavy loads.
Collaborate with a Fast-Moving Team – Work directly with other engineers, designers, and product leads to ship features quickly without breaking things.
What You’ll Bring
Expert-Level Laravel Skills – You know Laravel inside-out and have experience building large-scale applications with it.
Deep Understanding of React – Strong proficiency in building frontend apps with React, including SSR (Next.js is a plus).
PostgreSQL Expertise – You understand relational databases, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling.
Queue Processing Mastery – Experience with Laravel Queues, Redis, or other message brokers for handling async tasks efficiently.
Git & Best Practices – You follow GitHub workflows, write clean commit messages, and ensure smooth collaboration.
