What to Expect
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant (Customer Success/ Operations Support) who will keep our team’s back free so we can ship faster. You’ll handle the chat-based moments that break flow: customer questions, order follow-ups, supplier renewals. You’ll start by following clear SOPs and, as you learn the system, you’ll help write and improve them. This is a full-time role with real career upside.
What You’ll Own
Customer support: Reply to new and existing customers in a natural, professional tone. Know when to reassure, when to ask for details, and when to escalate. Occasional 1-1 calls if needed.
Service delivery: Fulfil mailbox orders using our internal tools. Follow SOPs precisely, double-check before submitting, update statuses.
Suppliers: Track renewals, send updates, keep simple logs, and nudge on time.
Ops hygiene: Keep our backlogs at zero, keep notes tidy, and capture patterns so we can turn them into SOPs.
