Warming upNot sending yet

Halligan: try-outreach.co is on a blocklist. A backup domain is ready to take its volume.

Every new client adds rows to a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet for every client's mailboxes

Which domains belong to Northwind, which are warming, which were retired last month. Hundreds of domains, tracked by whoever last updated the sheet.

Clients leave when delivery slips

Someone asked about the drop before you had an explanation. With a client, that question tends to arrive close to renewal.

Every burn comes out of the margin

New domains, another warm-up period, more waiting. The client pays the same retainer while you absorb the cost of rebuilding their setup.

One listed domain, two different weeks

An example week

Tracked in a spreadsheet

  1. A volume spike gets try-outreach.co listed. Nothing in the sheet changes.

  2. Replies on Halligan's campaign thin out. The sequencer still shows every email as sent.

  3. Halligan asks why nobody is replying.

  4. You buy new domains and start warm-up again, on the same retainer.

sending.ac

  1. The blocklist check fails on try-outreach.co and Risk Level flags its mailboxes.

  2. You get what broke, why and what to do. You rest the domain and promote a backup.

  3. Halligan's campaign keeps sending from the backup domain.

  4. Halligan never had to ask.

What broke: try-outreach.co appeared on a blocklist.

Why: Listed after a volume spike on its mailboxes.

Do: Rest the domain and promote a backup for Halligan.

Each client keeps their sequencer

sending.ac sits underneath: domains, DNS, mailboxes and warm-up. Each client's campaigns stay in the sequencer they already run, connected natively.

  • Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe and EmailBison
  • A different sequencer per workspace if you need it

Can confirm. We actually tested them, and performed next to Winnr the best. Good on Yannic Schwock

Setup was fast, DNS and DKIM handled automatically, and each domain runs on its own isolated tenant so a burned domain stays contained.

Btw, you guys have the smoothest UX/UI of all the inbox resellers I’ve purchased from. And I’ve worked with ALL of them.

From signed client to first send

  1. Open a workspace for the client

Their mailboxes, domains and risk levels stay inside it, walled off from every other client.

  2. Domains and mailboxes, set up for you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are written and verified per domain before the first send. The first domain set can be live the day you add the client.

  3. Connect the client's sequencer

The mailboxes show up in Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe or EmailBison. Warm-up takes its usual few weeks, checked from outside the tool doing the warming.

Questions agencies ask

Most of these are faster on a 15-minute call with someone who already knows the answer.

Talk to an advisor
Can one client see another client's data?

No. Each client gets a workspace with their mailboxes, domains and risk levels walled off from everyone else's, and every domain runs on its own tenant with its own IPs. You see all of them from one agency view.

Can I bring the mailboxes my clients already have?

Yes. Mailboxes bought anywhere else connect for free. You only pay for what you provision through sending.ac.

What happens when a client's mailbox burns?

Risk Level flags it from sending data before the reply rate shows it. Mailbox insurance replaces it within 30 days at no extra cost, even if it was bought elsewhere. Insurance is free and in early access.

Which sequencers can my clients use?

Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe and EmailBison connect natively. sending.ac sits underneath them, so each client's campaigns stay in the sequencer they already run.

How fast can a new client start sending?

Domains, DNS and mailboxes are set up automatically, so the first domain set can be live the day you add the client. Warm-up still takes its usual few weeks.

How does the Agency plan scale?

The plan is $499/mo with 1,000 Azure mailboxes included, and each one after that is $0.50/mo. Up to 75 mailboxes can share a single domain. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
