A send count says nothing about placement

Spam, while every dashboard says fine

Sent, delivered, no bounces. None of that shows whether the email was placed in spam at Microsoft or Google.

Warm-up replies look like interest

Warm-up replies and out-of-office messages sit in the same count as prospects until someone separates them, and the reply rate reads higher than it is.

Every fix was a guess

Without per-domain data you swap domains, rewrite copy and pause campaigns one guess at a time, and learn nothing from any of it.

One slipping domain, two different weeks

An example week

Read off the send count

  1. Placement at Microsoft slips on try-outreach.co. Sent, delivered, no bounces.

  2. The reply rate looks fine. Warm-up replies are in the count.

  3. Real replies are down and nobody knows why.

  4. Swap domains, rewrite copy, pause campaigns. One guess at a time.

sending.ac

  1. The hourly placement check shows try-outreach.co slipping at Microsoft.

  2. You get what broke, why and what to do: lower its volume in EmailBison.

  3. The reply rate counts only real replies, so the number you watch is true.

  4. try-outreach.co is recovering and the rest kept sending.

Placement data under every EmailBison campaign

Your sequences and campaigns stay in EmailBison. sending.ac measures what happens to the mailboxes sending them.

Seven checks per domain, every day

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blocklist, placement, MX and rDNS on every domain, kept 28 days deep. Filter down to the last sixty minutes, per domain or per sender, and each failure comes with what broke, why and what to do.

  • Per domain and per sender
  • 28 days of history

Why: Spam score rose across its mailboxes since Monday.
Do: Lower its daily volume in EmailBison and let it recover.

Placement measured from inside real mailboxes

Seed sending from sending.ac's own fleet measures placement hourly across every major provider. Microsoft spam score and actual placement are checked daily, and the reply rate counts only real replies.

Can confirm. We actually tested them, and performed next to Winnr the best. Good on Yannic Schwock

Setup was fast, DNS and DKIM handled automatically, and each domain runs on its own isolated tenant so a burned domain stays contained.

Btw, you guys have the smoothest UX/UI of all the inbox resellers I’ve purchased from. And I’ve worked with ALL of them.

From one order to sending in EmailBison

  1. Order domains and mailboxes

Any TLD, and up to 75 mailboxes per domain on Azure.

  2. DNS, set up for you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are written and verified per domain before the first send. The first domain set can be live the day you sign up.

  3. Connect to EmailBison

The mailboxes connect natively and arrive ready for your sequences. Warm-up takes its usual few weeks, checked from outside the tool doing the warming.

Questions EmailBison users ask

Most of these are faster on a 15-minute call with someone who already knows the answer.

Talk to an advisor
Do my campaigns move out of EmailBison?

No. Campaigns, sequences and rotation stay in EmailBison. sending.ac works on the mailboxes underneath them.

Can I connect mailboxes I already have?

Yes. Mailboxes bought anywhere else connect for free. You only pay for what you provision through sending.ac.

What happens when Microsoft asks for a reconnect?

sending.ac reconnects the mailbox automatically, and it stays in your EmailBison rotation.

What happens when a mailbox burns?

Risk Level flags it from sending data before the reply rate shows it. Mailbox insurance replaces it within 30 days at no extra cost, even if it was bought elsewhere. Insurance is free and in early access.

How fast can I start sending?

Domains, DNS and mailboxes are set up automatically, so the first domain set can be live the day you sign up. Warm-up still takes its usual few weeks.

Do my mailboxes get the premium warm-up pool?

The premium warm-up pool admits mailboxes on reputation, and sending.ac mailboxes qualify.
