Outbound numbers get read out in meetings

The meeting count is on a slide

Leadership sees meetings booked. When the count falls, the questions go to whoever runs outbound, usually before anyone knows why.

Someone asked before you had an explanation

Deliverability is a side job on most in-house teams. Without per-domain data, the answer to what happened is a guess.

Nobody was hired to run DNS

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reconnects, warm-up schedules. Each is a small job, and together they add up to a role the team never planned for.

One slipping domain, two different weeks

An example week

Read off the sequencer

  1. Placement at Microsoft slips on try-outreach.co. The sequencer still shows every email as sent.

  2. Meetings booked dip on the dashboard. Copy, list and mailboxes all look like suspects.

  3. Leadership asks what happened.

  4. You're still guessing, and the domain is still sending.

sending.ac

  1. The placement check flags try-outreach.co at Microsoft.

  2. You get what broke, why and what to do. Its volume moves to outreach-hq.co.

  3. A 15-minute call with your advisor confirms the read.

  4. You walk into the meeting with the answer.

How sending.ac keeps it working

Set up once, kept running

The first domain set can be live the day you sign up. DNS is written and verified per domain, mailboxes connect to the sequencer you already use, and reconnects happen without anyone filing a ticket.

  • Pre-warmed is a toggle on any plan
  • Burned mailboxes replaced, volume holds
  • Works with Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe
What happens without you
  1. DNS written and verifiedBefore the first send, on every domain
  2. Mailboxes connectedTo the sequencer your team already uses
  3. Reconnects handledWhen Microsoft asks for them
  4. Replacements swapped inFrom backup, before replies drop

An explanation you can bring to the meeting

Seven checks per domain, every day, and every failure comes with what broke, why and what to do. A deliverability advisor is assigned to your account for a 15-minute call when you want a second read.

What broke: Placement at Microsoft slipped on try-outreach.co.

Why: Its spam score rose this week.

Do: Move its volume to outreach-hq.co for now.

Stays under the sequencer you use

sending.ac sits underneath: domains, DNS, mailboxes and warm-up. Your campaigns stay in the sequencer your team already runs, connected natively.

Can confirm. We actually tested them, and performed next to Winnr the best. Good on Yannic Schwock

Setup was fast, DNS and DKIM handled automatically, and each domain runs on its own isolated tenant so a burned domain stays contained.

Btw, you guys have the smoothest UX/UI of all the inbox resellers I’ve purchased from. And I’ve worked with ALL of them.

From sign-up to first send

  1. Pick your plan and domains

Choose how many mailboxes you need, on any TLD. Up to 75 mailboxes can share one domain.

  2. DNS and mailboxes, set up for you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are written and verified per domain before the first send. The first domain set can be live the day you sign up.

  3. Connect your sequencer

The mailboxes show up in Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe or EmailBison. Warm-up takes its usual few weeks, checked from outside the tool doing the warming.

Questions in-house teams ask

Most of these are faster on a 15-minute call with someone who already knows the answer.

Talk to an advisor
Do we need someone who knows DNS?

No. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are written and verified per domain for you, and reconnects are handled when Microsoft asks for them.

How do we find out why the numbers moved?

Seven checks run on every domain, every day, and each failure comes with what broke, why and what to do. Risk Level flags a mailbox from sending data before replies drop.

Do we have to switch sequencers?

No. Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe and EmailBison connect natively, and your campaigns stay where they are.

Can we keep the mailboxes we already have?

Yes. Mailboxes bought anywhere else connect for free. You only pay for what you provision through sending.ac.

What happens when a mailbox burns?

Risk Level flags it from sending data before the reply rate shows it. Mailbox insurance replaces it within 30 days at no extra cost, even if it was bought elsewhere. Insurance is free and in early access.

Who do we talk to when something looks off?

A deliverability advisor is assigned to your account. Book a 15-minute call whenever you want a second read.
