Recruiting and staffing outreach to candidates and clients

Candidate outreach and business development run on one setup, on separate domains with their own tenants. Each outreach domain serves its own site, so none of them redirects back to your main domain.

Two outbound motions, one brand on the line

Candidates and clients share mailboxes

Candidate outreach runs at volume. Business development to hiring managers runs slower and each email matters more. On shared mailboxes, one motion's reputation can drag on the other.

A redirect points straight at your brand

A 301 redirect from a sending domain to your main domain, or a registrar record they share, ties the two together for anyone who checks.

Email feels risky to lean on

Both pipelines depend on cold email. When a sending domain burns, the question in the room is whether your main domain goes with it.

One burned domain, two different weeks

An example week

Shared mailboxes

  1. A candidate push burns a domain that also sends to hiring managers.

  2. Your notes to clients start landing in junk next to the candidate emails.

  3. A client asks why your email was in their spam folder.

  4. New domains, warm-up again, and both pipelines slow down together.

sending.ac

  1. The blocklist check fails on hire-outreach.co and Risk Level flags its mailboxes.

  2. Client outreach keeps sending. It goes out from other domains, on their own tenants.

  3. You rest the domain and promote a backup for candidate outreach.

  4. Your clients never noticed.

How recruiters keep both motions running

A real site on every outreach domain

Every outreach domain can serve its own static copy of a site in place of a 301 redirect to your main domain. A visitor who types the domain in sees a page, and the redirect that linked it to your brand is gone.

  • No redirect to your main domain
  • Every domain gets its own site to save from SURBL
  • Works on domains bought elsewhere too

Separate domains, separate tenants, one account

Candidate and client outreach go out from different domains, and each domain runs on its own tenant with its own IPs and reputation. Monitoring covers both from the same account.

Can confirm. We actually tested them, and performed next to Winnr the best. Good on Yannic Schwock

Setup was fast, DNS and DKIM handled automatically, and each domain runs on its own isolated tenant so a burned domain stays contained.

Btw, you guys have the smoothest UX/UI of all the inbox resellers I’ve purchased from. And I’ve worked with ALL of them.

From sign-up to both motions sending

  1. Split your domains

Pick domains for candidate outreach and domains for client outreach. Each one runs on its own tenant with its own IPs.

  2. Sites and DNS, set up for you

Each outreach domain can serve its own copy of a site, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are written and verified before the first send.

  3. Connect your sequencer

The mailboxes show up in Smartlead, Instantly, PlusVibe or EmailBison. Warm-up takes its usual few weeks, checked from outside the tool doing the warming.

Questions recruiters ask

Most of these are faster on a 15-minute call with someone who already knows the answer.

Talk to an advisor
Can a burned candidate domain hurt our client outreach?

Each domain runs on its own tenant with its own IPs and reputation, never pooled, so a burned domain stays contained. Candidate and client outreach go out from different domains.

Why not redirect outreach domains to our main site?

A 301 redirect from a sending domain to your main domain ties the two together for anyone who checks. Every outreach domain can serve its own static site instead.

Does the site copy work on domains we bought elsewhere?

Yes. Domains bought elsewhere can serve their own site too.

Can we keep the mailboxes we already have?

Yes. Mailboxes bought anywhere else connect for free. You only pay for what you provision through sending.ac.

What happens when a mailbox burns?

Risk Level flags it from sending data before the reply rate shows it. Mailbox insurance replaces it within 30 days at no extra cost, even if it was bought elsewhere. Insurance is free and in early access.

How fast can we start sending?

Domains, DNS and mailboxes are set up automatically, so the first domain set can be live the day you sign up. Warm-up still takes its usual few weeks.

  • Its own static site, no redirect to yours
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC, written and verified
  • 7 checks a day, with what to do when one fails
